ENG. NAIF ABDUL AZIZ AL-MARSHAD is a specialist in project management, implementation and risk management with more than 12 years of experience in the field of engineering consulting.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2012 from King Saud University - Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and he is certified in Program Management Professional (PgMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP) and an expert in MS Project, and Familiar and conversant with governmental and administrative procedures for engineering projects, he is interested in improving the quality management system according to ISO 9001 requirements, and has taken courses in contract management and financial management of construction projects.

He has experience in managing construction projects and leading technical teams during the design and supervision phases, as well as in risk management, quality control, budget estimation, and business development.

He has the professional skills needed for project management and has experience in designing highways and stormwater drainage systems. 

​

​He has experience in negotiating with stakeholders as part of the design and supervision process. He has implemented several projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is familiar with engineering legislation, government establishment and key stakeholders.
