ENG. ABDULAZIZ MOHAMMED ALMARSHED is a project management specialist with over 47 years of excellent experience. He is an engineering consultant and founder of Labinat Engineering Consultancy Company in 2000 AD in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1976 from the University of Riyadh - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a Master of Science in 1981 from the University of Arizona - United States of America and holds a consultant degree from the Saudi Council of Engineers.

He specializes in the resistance of asphalt layers to rainwater, He has held several leadership positions in engineering project management during his tenure at the Ministry of Transport, the Saudi Fund for Development, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Arab Technical Contracting Company (ARTEC), Al-Owaidah Contracting Company and Al-Fahd Est. for Trading Industries & Contracting.

He is proficient in Arabic and English and has extensive experience in contract management as a general contractor, owner and consultant, He has worked on numerous projects in Istanbul, Maldives, Pakistan, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Yemen and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
